Today, students across Doddridge County High School came together during the school day for a special in-school performance featuring our talented band and show choir, a chance to cheer on the musicians and vocalists who so often show their support at athletic competitions.
Whether performing on the sidelines or on the stage, these students bring energy, pride, and heart to everything they do. Today, we returned the favor by putting the spotlight on them and celebrating their incredible talent.

Today is Transportation Appreciation Day, and we want to recognize the incredible dedication of our Doddridge County Transportation Team.
This winter brought more than its fair share of challenges, from icy roads to snow-covered turnarounds. Our drivers and transportation staff went above and beyond, not only getting buses ready each day but also cleaning them, installing tire chains, and even clearing turnarounds, all to ensure our students could safely make it to school and minimize missed instructional time.
We are so grateful for their commitment, resilience, and the heart they bring to their work every day.
Thank you for keeping Doddridge County students moving safely, no matter the weather.
