Doddridge County Schools PBIS Teams are putting in the work this summer to ensure our students have a meaningful and rewarding PBIS experience!
Today, we were proud to welcome Erin and Christy from the WV Behavioral/Mental Health Technical Assistance Center for a booster training session. Their guidance and expertise are helping our teams gear up for a successful school year ahead.
We continue to focus on BARK – Believe, Achieve, Respect, Kind – aligning our efforts with the expectations of our district, schools, and greater community. 🌟
A huge thank you to our dedicated staff who are spending their summer collaborating and preparing to welcome students back in August.

For certain highly skilled roles or positions not clearly defined under traditional classification codes, counties may partner with educational cooperatives. In our region, we work with the Southeastern Educational Services Cooperative (SESC). These partnerships allow us to meet unique staffing needs efficiently and in compliance with state guidelines. Doddridge County is bringing home the gold! The DCHS boys and girls track teams have claimed first place at the WV State Track Meet!
Let’s show them how proud we are. Fire trucks will meet our state champions at the county line and parade through West Union, followed by celebratory photos at the football field.
