🧠 Mega Brain is Coming to Doddridge County High School! 🧠

On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, DCHS students will have a unique and exciting opportunity to explore the Mega Brain inflatable exhibit during their science, PE, and health classes!

The Mega Brain is a large, walk-through inflatable model that gives students an up-close, interactive look inside the human brain. Through this hands-on experience, students will:

✨ Explore the structure and functions of different parts of the brain
✨ Learn how the brain impacts movement, emotions, and decision-making
✨ Discuss ways to support brain health and safety

This engaging event supports our health and science curriculum and encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and appreciation for the amazing complexity of the human body.

A special thank you to West Virginia Prevention Solutions for making this exciting learning opportunity available to our students! πŸ’šπŸ’›

We’re looking forward to an inspiring and educational day for our Bulldogs!

πŸ“’ Tomorrow’s the Day!

We’re excited to welcome Building Hope – Be the Difference to Doddridge County High School on October 29, 2025, for our freshman class! πŸ’šβœ¨

Since 2017, our students have taken part in this powerful program created by Mark Urso, a proud West Virginia native. Building Hope focuses on empathy, compassion, and understandingβ€”while also introducing students to exciting career opportunities in construction and the natural gas industries.

Based on curriculum from Changepoint Learning, the program helps students break down barriers, support one another, and build a stronger school community.

We can’t wait to continue this tradition and inspire our students to make a difference. πŸ’ͺ
