Regular Attendance is Key to Your Child’s Wellbeing and Learning

School Counselor Spotlight – Doddridge County High School
Name: Alessa Ash
What is your why?
To provide support and resources to students who might not have access to them otherwise. Every child needs someone in their corner. I wanted to be that person for students who may not have one!
Greatest joy about being a School Counselor:
Watching my students achieve a goal and succeed in something they originally thought was impossible.
Something you want your students to know:
Yes, I am always busy but I am never too busy for you!
Pictured below:

A special thank you to the Doddridge County Family Resource Network (FRN) for providing a thoughtful gift bag to each School Counselor!
